Any age and ability as variations will be given
3 classes a week
6.30am - 7.15am
You can chose from 1, 2 or 3 classes a week and these will be for 6 weeks blocks. Classes will change weekly for fun and diversity.
Mondays: Cardio focused. Work up a sweat and improve your fitness and stamina. Aerobic style workout.
Wednesdays: Strength focused. Toning and conditioning as well as working on Tightening the body and feeling firmer.
Fridays: Flexibility focus. Let’s stretch, tone and focus on core strength. A calmer, quieter class to focus on breath work and relaxing the mind.
6 week blocks with a weeks break in between.
1 Class a week: £48 ( £8 per class)
2 Classes a week: £42 ( £7 per class)
3 Classes a week: £36 (£7 per class)
All classes must be paid for and booked before the start of the 6 week blocks. Payments are then none refundable. A deposit of £10 is also payable upon booking to secure your place and you’ll also receive a Hampton hotties T shirt.
